HOW TO BUY/ORDER YOUR BESPOKE DOORS, WINDOWS OR GATES

All the products in our website are examples we can make any style of door, window, gate from any type of wood.
If you require a quote now please use the enquiry form, email or call us with your details and requirements. If you have something in mind that isn't in the website please send a picture/design through along with the other details.

If you are close enough to pay us a visit you can order in person. Alternatively you can call us 01352 711766 or send your requirements in an email.

If you would like your door to fit within an existing frame please supply: width, height and depth. If you have an existing door and you are happy with the sizes then measure that. If you require a frame as well please supply: width (brick to brick measurement) & height (brick to brick measurement). Once we know your requirements we can prepare a quote unless the prices are already in the website in which case a quote may not be necessary.

ORDER - If you wish to place an order we require a 40% deposit (non refundable) of the VAT inclusive price - this can be paid by bank transfer or debit / credit card upon receipt of our deposit invoice/order confirmation. Remaining balance is payable once we start the job (upon receipt of proforma invoice) this will be approx. two weeks prior to despatch. Balance can be paid by debit or credit card or bank transfer.

Sorry but as all our work is bespoke items cannot be despatched until full cleared payment has been received.
