DELIVERY INFORMATION

We deliver our bespoke doors and windows throughout the UK including London, Cheshire, Surrey, Oxfordshire, Bucks etc. etc. We also offer a measuring and installation service in many areas, please ask. Where possible, we like to deliver ourselves in our own van. To allow this, given the vast area we cover, we need as many deliveries on the van as possible so when a delivery date has been agreed it must be met, we will give you plenty of notice to give you time to make necessary arrangements.

Where deliveries are carried out by two individuals they are done so on a door to door basis. They will do their best to accommodate your needs by placing goods where you ask them to (within reason) but you will need to ensure there is sufficient space and accessibility is good enough to do this. In the rare event that damage occurs, whilst assisting with a special request, we cannot accept liability for any damage, either to the delivered product or to your property (including all types of fixtures, fittings and building structure). Any consequential damage should fall under your house insurance.

If you’re in an area we don’t visit very often we will send out with a courier company. We pack extremely well to ensure no damage occurs. Courier deliveries are just one man so help will be needed at your end. Our goods are made from solid wood throughout they are extremely heavy so one man deliveries whether our own or a courier company MUST have help to offload, again we’ll give plenty of notice to ensure somebody can be there.
