We can make any style of door or window in any size from any wood...

GLASS - External glazed doors are supplied with Planitherm energy efficient glass with warm edge spacers (if required) all glass for doors is toughened. Click here for further glass information.

External doors are supplied with wooden weatherboards as standard. Opening in door frames are complete with a 'Stormguard' Cill (a brass & rubber sealing bar which fixes to the base of the frame suitable for disabled access). Opening out frames do not have a stormguard cill they are adapted accordingly.

All our framed doors are of mortice and tenon construction, glued and wedged (see above). Typical thickness for replacement doors is 44mm - other thicknesses available. For new doorsets we recommend a 56mm thick door, contemporary hb doors are 65mm thick

Our external doors are glazed from the outside this is the traditional way for wooden doors If you would like your door to be glazed from the inside please state at time of order
