External glazed doors are supplied with Pilkington K energy efficient glass. For even greater efficiency we can supply Pilkington K S
(softcoat) argon filled units with warm edge spacers all glass for doors is toughened. Click on the word Glass below for further information

External doors are supplied with wooden weatherboard(s) (dripboards) as standard. We supply our frames with a 'Stormguard' Cill (a brass & rubber sealing bar which fixes to the base of the frame). Opening out frames do not have a stormguard cill they are adapted accordingly.

All our framed doors are of mortice and tenon construction, glued and wedged (see above).
Typical thickness for replacement doors is 44mm - other thicknesses available

If you would like your door to be glazed from the inside please state at time of order
