MISCELLANEOUS

	Sikkens Cetol is the finish we use and recommend for external doors. Sikkens is available in a range of colours the most popular we have found is Light Oak we also use Ebony or Walnut for a darker finish. We can apply a base coat of this for you in the workshop for a fee of:- £20 + VAT per door £30 + VAT per door & frame - large orders p.o.a. You will then need at least two layers of Topcoat which is best applied on site we can supply in 1 ltr tins for £20 + VAT per tin
	Osmo UV protection oil is another external finish we offer it's relatively new to us but very popular. This can also be used with a Sikkens base coat then Osmo UV protection oil on top. We can apply a base coat of this for you in the workshop for a fee of:- £20 + VAT per door £30 + VAT per door & frame - large orders p.o.a. You will then need at least another coat which is best applied on site we can supply in 0.75 ltr tins for £20 + VAT per tin
CATFLAPS We don't simply cut a hole in the door for the catflap we actually build the door to suit it. We recommend a double boarded door (same on the back as the front) for this option.
	Staywell - 4 way locking catflap (300 Series) £55 + VAT (Supplied & fitted) - Available in woodgrain (pictured) or white Overall Size: 241mm x 252mm (9 + 1/4" x 9 + 3/4") Maximum Pet Shoulder Width: 150mm (5 + 7/8"). Other types are available or you can supply us with the catflap or measurements and we can cut the hole or fit for you.
	Staywell Magnetic Catflap (400 series) £65 + VAT (Supplied & fitted) - Available in white (pictured) or woodgrain Overall Size: 241mm x 252mm (9 + 1/4" x 9 + 3/4") Maximum Pet Shoulder Width: 150mm (5 + 7/8").
