Door and frame received this afternoon. Many thanks for organising the quick delivery. I am very pleased with the finished product.

Pity I have to come to Wales to get craftsmanship...... I've tried locally to get some good old fashioned quality doors/windows on several occasions in the recent past with very average results, and it was with some trepidation that I ordered from you guys. I need not have worried. The quality and finish are exceptional, and the whole process has been totally painless.

Just a quick email to say that the door arrived as planned, and in perfect condition. You certainly weren't kidding when you said they were well packaged ! The poor delivery chap was struggling with it somewhat apparently.

The door is gorgeous ! It really is the "icing on the cake" for the kitchen. It has also shown that the cabinets and doors really do look like pippy oak (they're vinyl wrapped doors) as they're a perfect match with the real oak door. Our joiner is going to hang it tomorrow. He's too rushed today with other commitments and wants to spend time getting it right. I get the impression you may be contacted by him too as he's taken down your details :-)

We were already considering replacing our front door when the time comes to do the hall/stairs/landing so I suspect we'll be approaching you for that one.

Jonathan, just to let you know, we are getting lots of good comments from people in our village about our door! I attach the photo but will send some better ones when the flowers are out in a few months time.
I am of course very pleased with it - a beautiful piece of work!

Dear Mandy,
Thank you for your letter following up the treatment for the door. I have coated the door twice with sikkens top coat and the glazing has been siliconed in by the joiner. The door has been installed now for about three weeks and it looks beautiful, I was very impressed by the standard of workmanship and finish, it is like a piece of well made furniture and it has exceeded all expectations!
We would certainly be happy to use your services again in the future.

Our carpenter is currently hanging the door with as much care as you clearly take in making the doors. Certainly we are absolutely delighted with ours; the idea of painting it has been put to one side as it seems such a pity to cover up the beauty of the wood. We will be using Cetol Filter 7 in stead based on the recommendation on your website.

Just to let you know the doors arrived safely on Saturday morning. They're a work of art, thanks very much. I spent the weekend getting one hung (a bit slow I know) and its looking very good, will hopefully get the other two done this week.

Having received our door on Saturday morning, may I take the opportunity to thank you for the high level of service we have received. The door arrived promptly on Saturday morning, packaging was outstanding, no damage or issues. The door was fitted on Sunday and looks fantastic.
